While I've spent plenty of time in restaurants, my work has spanned foreign language and education, boxing, programming, and AI.

I've consistently found that identifying and understanding the underlying structure of any system is the fastest way to become operational within it. Restaurant service has a definite structure as well but little training focuses on teaching it.

This project exists to make that structure visible.

I now work as a consultant helping companies design AI workflows and data systems. I also write about various topics here:

He brought significant restaurant experience and expertise – and more importantly, the same attitude toward serving: recognize and understand the system then find efficiencies within it.
