You looking all wrinkly may not grab so much attention, but it will leave a disheveled impression upon your customers. It may not even be at a conscious level, but they will FEEL a certain way about you –maybe they'll feel you're sloppy, not doing great, less trustworthy, etc.

We live in a judgmental world and are far better off accepting that reality than fighting it.
